- Content mapping Sheet — Complete Google Sheet mapping each Figma section to the exact theme location (section/block/metafield) with content, links and notes.
- Shopify Content Updates — Products, collections, pages, menus, metafields and metaobjects updated and QA-verified on staging (or live if requested).
- Organized Asset Library — Properly named images with alt text and size verification in a shared Drive folder.
- Project Trackers — Task tracker with scope flags, comments from Figma, and PM-ready status updates.
- QA Sign-off — Checklist and QA summary for each release before client review.
Process — simple, repeatable, auditable
- Review — Inspect Figma, existing Sheets and the live theme; confirm naming conventions and required assets.
- Map — Export content from Figma and map each section/block to a Sheet row with exact theme references.
- Implement — Upload assets, create/update products/pages, set metafields/metaobjects and make theme adjustments on staging.
- QA — Run a checklist, resolve issues, and prepare a QA report for PM/client sign-off.
